Skill and safety with a firearm is re-inforced through quality training. We provide basic skill-set training from beginner to advanced tactics. Included is target shooting skills to self and home defense tactics and skills.

Concealed carry · CHP

A hands-on class.

This is a must-have class if you have firearms at home, work, car, or anywhere. Be safe, responsible, and confident around firearms. This is a “hands on” class. You will learn how to draw, holster, load, unload, reload, tactical and emergency reloads, maintenance and storage. Handle a pistol safely.

Some discount courses do not offer hands-on training and you need this training. This is an important element to safely handling a firearm.

Section 01

CHP online

A course preview. Upon receipt of deposit you will be emailed documents to review prior to the actual classroom: Colorado use of force laws, concealed carry laws and regulations, situational awareness, mindset, methods of carry, and a comprehensive review of handgun safety and concealed carry law and use of deadly force. Concealed carry techniques and tactics, pistol, holster, and gear selection, and responsibilities of firearms carry and owners. Home defense tactics / strategy.

This is a prerequisite for the required Safety / Basic Pistol class to follow your successful completion of this class, and will be reviewed in the classroom.

Safety / Basic Pistol / CHP

0900–1600 in the classroom.

Section 03

Live fire range

1630–1830. An actual practical live-fire shoot employing the techniques you will learn in class. Range will be at Silver Bullet Range, 5901 W 38th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80212. Range fee is $15.00.

Basic Firearms Safety Class = $49.99

2 hours target / scenario time = $20/hr = $40
Total = $314.98

Here is the deal: this class includes all of the above for only $149.99 (you will have to buy your ammo and a $15 range fee).

What we provide

You will have to purchase any ammo you use from WDN Firearms Training LLC. Safety gear you will need is provided (hearing and eye). Pistols are provided if you don’t have one (no rental fee).

If you are a new shooter, don’t worry, we will get you there. Have fun.

NRA Basic Pistol class // 01

Phase 1 online, Phase 2 on the range.

The NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting course is a blended training course, which means a portion of the course (Phase 1) is conducted in an online environment that can be completed on your own time. Upon successfully completing the online exam, students will be required to register for the instructor-led training portion (Phase 2), which is to be conducted at your local range with an NRA Certified Instructor. You must successfully complete Phase 1 and Phase 2 in order to receive your NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting course certificate.

You must complete all 11 lessons and a final exam with a 90% pass rate in order to get certified as having completed Phase 1 of your training. If you do not pass the exam the first time you will be provided with four additional opportunities to take the exam. Once you pass the exam you will be directed to generate a completion certificate that you can save as a file and/or print. You will use your PIN to register for your instructor-led portion (or Phase 2) of the course on the www.nrainstructors.org website.

You will have access to this program for 90 days from the start of your enrollment date, after which access expires.

Phase 1 (online only) is $60.00, paid by credit card. After the credit transaction is approved you will be automatically registered and can begin immediately. This course is non-refundable. This payment is for Phase 1 only.

Teach kids what to do when finding a gun, seeing a gun, and if other kids show a gun. Learn how to speak intelligently and with knowledge about firearms and firearms issues. Email for next class date and time.

$29.99 per person instruction (after class). (1) child 16 and under with paying adult — no charge. Recruit 4 paying adults = your class free.

Firearms and safety gear will be provided if you don’t have any. .22LR ammo is available for $6/box, 9mm $15/box, .38 Special $16/box, .45 ACP $19/box.
