The five classes.

Some discount courses do not offer hands-on training — and you need this training. This is an important element to safely handling a firearm.

  1. 01

    Introduction to Firearms

    Teach kids what to do when finding a gun, seeing a gun, and if other kids show a gun. Learn how to speak intelligently and with knowledge about firearms and firearms issues. Email for the next class date and time.

  2. 02

    NRA Basic Pistol

    A blended course: Phase 1 online on your own time, then Phase 2 at a local range with an NRA Certified Instructor.

  3. 03

    Concealed Carry / CHP

    A must-have class if you have firearms at home, work, car, or anywhere. Be safe, responsible, and confident around firearms. This is a hands-on class.

Click the YouTube link for CCW and firearms safety training. We do not issue a certificate due to online only. This will provide all the instruction to obtain your certificate in a hands-on class.

CHP class day

Classroom, then live fire.

This training is in three sections. The online section is a course preview — upon receipt of deposit we email documents to review prior to the actual classroom, including Colorado use of force laws, concealed carry laws and regulations, situational awareness, mindset, methods of carry, and a comprehensive review of handgun safety and concealed carry law.

Safety / Basic Pistol / CHP: 0900–1600. Live fire range: 1630–1830 at Silver Bullet Range, 5901 W 38th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80212. Range fee is $15.00.

Taken individually: Basic Firearms Safety Class $49.99 · Basic Pistol Class $125 · Concealed Carry Class $99.99 · 2 hours target/scenario time $20/hr = $40. Total $314.98.

This class includes all of the above for $149.99 — you buy your ammo, plus the $15 range fee.
